- Hands-on UAT experience and process mapping skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping sessions.
- Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support and execute UAT activities across business functions.
- Coordinate business users and SMEs during testing.
- Assist with operational readiness, training, and go-live preparation.
- Provide testing updates and stakeholder reporting.
