You will help reimagine the B2B customer service capability, exploring AI-powered platforms and working with senior stakeholders to shape end-to-end delivery.

The role emphasizes delivering value, coordinating across IT, product, and engineering, facilitating workshops, and balancing project work with operational support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
• Delivery Management experience across ideation to initiation.
• Strong ability to translate discovery into business requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document business processes and system requirements.
• Delivery lead across ideation through to initiation.
• Collaborate with IT, business units and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate technical matters.
• Improve BA practices and support Technology Roadmap.
• Assess change impacts and coordinate testing across related systems.
• Balance operational support with project work.
