Job summary

HBF Health Limited in Perth is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Team Lead to develop and expand the BA capability, while leading a team of Business Analysts. You will coach peers, drive best practice, and partner with technology to translate operational challenges into prioritised, value-driven initiatives.

You will lead AI-enabled BA practices, foster stakeholder relationships, manage performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing teams or business functions.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyse complex problems, facilitate discussions and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; produce high-quality business and technical documentation.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Miro and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Business Analysts for performance and capability growth.
• Provide guidance on BA best practices, user stories, acceptance criteria and process modelling.
• Support development and continuous improvement of BA frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Build relationships with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads and stakeholders for outcomes.
• Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and resource allocation across the BA Chapter.
• Promote risk and compliance culture and ensure learning requirements are met.
• Lead adoption of AI-enabled BA practices and responsible AI usage for productivity and quality.
• Fulfill a part-time Technology Business Partner role with operational areas for sustainable improvement.
