Winable Recruitment is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager for our Australian-owned healthcare technology business in Sydney. You will turn strategy into communications, run industry events, and provide practical sales support, delivering high-quality work on time and within budgets.

You will plan quarterly activity, manage briefs and budgets, and coordinate content across customer communications, newsletters, websites and social posts.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of marketing or communications experience with independent delivery.
• Strong B2B marketing experience and understanding of sales needs.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, including translating technical info for non-experts.
• Experience delivering conferences, exhibitions or similar events.
• Experience managing junior staff or coordinating agencies and suppliers.
• Strong project management, prioritisation and budget tracking skills.
• Working knowledge of website content systems, email marketing, social publishing, CRM tools and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Planning: turn priorities into quarterly plans and budgets.
• Communications: write, edit and coordinate customer communications and newsletters.
• Conferences: manage sponsorships, stands, suppliers and onsite delivery, and post-event follow-up with sales.
• Sales support: deliver brochures, product info, case studies and presentation materials.
• Launches: coordinate communications, digital updates and collateral, track risks.
• People and suppliers: coach the Product Marketing Executive and manage agencies.
• Reporting: track activity, spend, campaign results and suggest improvements.
