You’ll work alongside recruiters to create useful market content, case studies and enablement, while contributing to events and experiences that connect our community.

You’ll thrive if you have marketing experience in B2B or growth, enjoy hands-on work, and are excited by data-driven decision making and AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• Some marketing experience in B2B, growth campaigns or marketing operations.
• Experience working close to sales and clients to distinguish engagement from noise.
• Proactive, organized and curious, with a hands-on style.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted B2B campaigns around clients, sectors and communities.
• Experiment with AI and automation to improve research, delivery, follow-up and reporting.
• Collaborate with recruiters on client outreach, market content and sales enablement.
• Coordinate website, SEO/AEO/GEO and email activity; translate data into better decisions.
• Bridge The Onset with Omnia Collective; work with AI, data, design and transformation teams.
• Support client, community and industry events from planning to follow-up.
• Maintain organization of systems, assets, reporting and campaign workflows.
