Job summary

Preacta Recruitment represents a high growth SaaS business seeking a hands-on senior marketing leader to own demand gen, product marketing and organic growth from the ground up. You'll lead a small team and report to the GM, with a $1m budget to test, learn and scale.

Location: North Sydney with hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 from home). Salary: ~AU$160k + super. You will build AI agents and automations, optimize ROI, and closely partner with sales to keep momentum across the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or automations with tangible outcomes.
• Commercial mindset with ROI focus and ability to report to GM/board.
• Proven ability to own demand gen, product marketing and growth.
• Background in paid media, SEO and B2B SaaS marketing.
• Direct people management of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own channel management and demand gen as the core engine for lead volume and quality.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automations across the marketing function.
• Manage paid digital, ABM, direct mail and events campaigns.
• Own product marketing and messaging for feature releases.
• Own lead reporting and live dashboards with rigorous optimization.
