Job summary

Compass Group Australia is hiring a Business Development Executive - Lead Generation to join the Growth team in Sydney. You will identify and qualify new opportunities across Urban Services, including Business & Industry and Sport & Leisure.

This role focuses on researching markets, building relationships, and nurturing opportunities in the early sales cycle, through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, sales development, business development or outbound customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage decision-makers.
• Experience researching markets and identifying opportunities; comfortable with CRM data entry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities across Urban Services (Business & Industry, Sport & Leisure).
• Engage decision-makers and nurture relationships until opportunities are qualified and move through the sales pipeline.
