Job summary

ifm efector is seeking an experienced digital marketer to strengthen our demand generation and digital marketing capability in Australia. You’ll develop campaigns across email, CRM, landing pages, LinkedIn and other channels, build targeted audiences, and automate customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud while collaborating with Sales, Product Management and global teams to optimise results.

Qualifications

• Five years of digital marketing, demand generation, CRM marketing or marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Experience building customer journeys, audience segments and lead-nurture workflows.
• Strong email marketing, campaign execution and performance optimization.
• Experience using analytics and reporting to improve engagement and lead quality.
• B2B marketing experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering integrated digital campaigns to build engagement and generate demand.
• Plan activity across email, CRM, landing pages, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Build audiences, automated workflows and customer journeys.
• Manage email campaigns from audience selection to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to translate priorities into campaigns.
• Monitor performance and turn data into practical recommendations.
• Support lead management, segmentation, personalization, SEO and paid digital activity.
• Coordinate inputs and timelines with local/global teams and agencies.
• Maintain accurate campaign data, reporting, processes and documentation.
