Atturra in Canberra is seeking an Azure Solutions Architect to assess, migrate and modernise business apps onto Microsoft Azure. You will work across multiple client engagements, including Australian Federal Government agencies, with hands‑on discovery, migration design and documentation.

The role grows into cloud solution architecture with guidance from the Domain Lead, and some engagements involve Protected‑level systems requiring AGSVA NV1 clearance. Based in Canberra with on‑site client work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in application development or technical analysis, ideally on the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab or GitHub).

Responsabilités

• Conduct application discovery with business owners and IT, capturing architecture and data flows.
• Contribute to migration designs and target‑state architecture for applications.
• Prepare and support testing, cutover plans and handover to operations.
