Job summary
Atturra is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud Business Solutions team in Australia. The role involves hands-on migration of workloads from on-premises to Microsoft Azure, end-to-end ownership of waves, and collaboration across discovery, cost estimation, deployment, testing, and handover activities.
The successful candidate will deploy Azure Migrate, generate defensible cost estimates, engineer IaC with Terraform/Bicep, and manage pipelines in Azure DevOps while adhering
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and core PaaS services.
- Strong Terraform/Bicep configuration and deployment skills.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for pipelines and governance.
- Security, compliance and government-focused work experience is a plus.
- Ability to produce concise technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Azure Migrate for discovery and assessment.
- Create cost estimates using Azure Pricing Calculator.
- Design and maintain Terraform/Bicep infrastructure as code.
- Build and operate Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines.
- Lead migration waves with governance and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with application owners and operations teams.
