Job summary

Michael Page Australia seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a small technical team and own the core infrastructure across Azure cloud, networks, servers and storage in a multi-site Australian environment. Reporting to IT Operations, you will drive a technology roadmap, mentor staff, manage incidents, and partner with vendors to deliver security, resilience and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Infrastructure Manager or similar.
• Strong Azure and enterprise cloud knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person infrastructure and support team.
• Escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Manage and optimise Azure and cloud technologies.
• Oversee servers, networks, storage and end-user computing.
• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to implementation.
• Improve infrastructure performance, scalability and resilience.
• Enhance cybersecurity posture across the environment.
• Manage identity and access with Entra ID.
• Oversee backup, DR and business continuity.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners.
• Contribute to infrastructure strategy and risk management.
• Ensure security standards and frameworks are followed.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
