Job summary

LAB3 is a leading Azure engineering practice delivering cloud, DevOps, data, AI and security solutions across Australasia. We seek a Lead Engineer (Managed Services) to lead and oversee ongoing client support on the Azure platform, with a strong emphasis on automation and modernization.

You will drive governance, processes, and documentation while uplifting internal capabilities and ensuring high-value outcomes for customers. A security clearance or Australian citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• High-end technical skills in Azure cloud & DevOps with on-prem environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical client engagements around architecture design and strategy.
• Design, advise and implement Azure patterns addressing scalability, reliability, security, operations, and performance.
• Communicate discoveries to Senior Management and Executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Project Leaders to provide technical input into scheduling and project delivery.
• Support pre-sales with documentation, requirements and transformative direction.
• Run workshops and cloud adoption activities with customers.
