Job summary

XPT Software Australia in Melbourne seeks a Senior Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure across Azure, hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, manage major incidents at L3, and guide architecture from a DevOps perspective, leveraging Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, PowerShell and Python to deliver secure, scalable cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure across Azure, hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure IaaS and PaaS services (VMs, storage, app services, networking, identity, backup, DR).
• Experience designing and supporting Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, firewall, DNS, ExpressRoute, Private Endpoints, VNet Peering).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, RBAC, MFA, CA, identity governance and hybrid identity integration.
• Proficient in ITIL processes and ServiceNow for incident, change and problem management.
