Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise cloud environments in Melbourne. You will own hands-on delivery across Azure IaaS/PaaS, hybrid cloud and on‑premises integration, focusing on reliability and security.

You will lead infrastructure projects, implement IaC with Terraform, Bicep, and Azure DevOps, and collaborate with security, networking and application teams to optimise performance and resilience

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, primarily with Azure.
• Proven expertise in Azure IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid connectivity.
• Strong scripting and IaC skills: Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, PowerShell.
• Experience with security governance, identity, and disaster recovery.

• Strong hands-on experience across AzureIaaS and PaaS, including Virtual Machines, Storage, App Services,networking, identity, backup, disaster recovery and platform services.
  
• Designed, implemented and supported Azurenetworking including VNets, Subnets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway,DNS, routing, Load Balancers, Private Endpoints, VNet Peering,ExpressRoute and hybrid connectivity.
