Job summary

LAB3 is seeking a Lead Engineer (Managed Services) with Azure & DevOps expertise to lead client engagements, design architectures, and drive modernization on the Microsoft Azure platform.

You will influence governance, provide technical leadership, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while mentoring engineers and supporting pre-sales activities. Hybrid work arrangements are available in Australia.

Qualifications

• Baseline security clearance or Australian citizenship with willingness to obtain
• Azure cloud and DevOps expertise
• Strong client-facing communication and governance skills
• Experience designing and delivering Azure patterns for scalability and security

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements around architecture design and strategy for Azure cloud deployments
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable Azure patterns
• Nurture growth opportunities within existing clients and drive value
• Present findings to senior management and executives
• Support pre-sales with documentation and requirements
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in delivery
