Job summary

Accenture, in CyberCX, seeks a proactive IT engineer to own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver sustainable solutions. You will manage incidents, build strong relationships with customers and vendors, and monitor systems for high availability.

Requirements include a tertiary CS qualification or related field, Azure and M365 familiarity, and at least 1 year in IT engineering/operations. Australian citizenship and security clearance eligibility are needed.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline desirable.
Microsoft Azure and/or M365 certifications advantageous.
At least 1 year’s experience in IT engineering/operations or similar field.

Responsibilities

Address and resolve incidents and service requests.
Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability.
Take ownership of support requests and releases.
Ensure customers continue to follow the standard process.
Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements.
Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments.
Be proactive in customer environments, applying skills and technical brilliance.
Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required.
