Job summary

Accenture is seeking cloud engineers to join a high-performing team delivering AWS-led transformation projects across Melbourne, Canberra, and Brisbane. You’ll design, build, and support secure, scalable cloud environments, leveraging AWS and modern DevOps practices.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerisation, while ensuring multi-environment deployments and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines (Build/Release, YAML).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Containerisation (Docker) and microservices architecture.
• IaC experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
• JSON/YAML for configuration and pipelines.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments.
• Scripting: Shell and PowerShell.
• Linux systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Support containerisation using Docker and microservices.
• Manage deployments across Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, Prod.
• Collaborate on solution design and delivery planning.
• Ensure operational readiness with runbooks and automation.
• Support Linux environments and scripting.
• Contribute to proofs of concepts and estimates.
