Job summary

CyberCX, part of Accenture, seeks an IT professional to own and support customer cloud environments, troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions that keep critical systems online. You will address incidents, manage relationships with customers and vendors, and monitor all systems to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• 1+ years’ IT engineering or operations experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Willingness to explore new challenges and seek guidance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage and develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
• Manage and monitor all systems ensuring the highest levels of availability.
• Take ownership of support requests and releases.
• Ensure customers follow the standard process.
• Create monthly customer status reporting on the monthly service agreements.
• Provision and configure cloud-based resources to manage customer environments.
• Be proactive in customer environments.
• Apply DevOps processes & methodologies as required.
