You will build dashboards, detect patterns, and push operational improvements while mentoring peers, growing your knowledge across AWS services and infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, DevOps, or network administration.
• Experience scripting in one or more languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby).
• Understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-severity incident response calls end to end and coordinate resolvers across AWS service teams.
• Own and run operational health reviews and build dashboards and monitoring.
• Improve detection speed and accuracy, identifying patterns to prevent incidents.
• Deep-dive operational data to measure response effectiveness and prioritise improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes and tooling to reduce time-to-detection and time-to-mitigation.
• Apply scripting, automation, and AI to accelerate incident response and reduce toil.
• Work with service teams to drive corrective actions and close learnings loop.
• Mentor peers in technical and operational strengths.
