Job summary

Affix is undergoing a multi-year technology transformation and seeks a Cloud Transformation Lead in Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements. You will drive the cloud migration journey, focusing on moving workloads into AWS while coordinating across AWS, Azure and on-prem environments.

We are looking for a senior technologist who can navigate complex enterprise settings, partner with stakeholders, and deliver tangible outcomes through influence and hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, cloud, infrastructure, applications or transformation with cloud migration experience.
• Experience across AWS, Azure and on-prem/Vmware environments; AWS migration is essential.
• Proven delivery of large migration and transformation programs across operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide cloud transformation across AWS, Azure, VMware and on-prem environments.
• Own discovery to migration planning, execution and operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate multiple teams and vendors.
• Maintain a prioritized cloud migration roadmap and delivery momentum.
• Balance strategic objectives with delivery realities in a complex enterprise.
