Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing, large-scale project management experience.
• 10+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience.
• 5+ years of object-oriented software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years as a contact center architect or senior developer with leading platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, training and support to help partners and customers learn production-grade AWS environments for Amazon Connect.
• Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements with discovery workshops and custom solutions for call center environments.
• Delivery includes projects that prove AWS services for distributed computing and integrate existing contact centers into Amazon Connect.
