Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source, draft and publish content for internal digital channels (Signage, SharePoint, newsletters).
• Manage Citi's local LinkedIn presence, draft posts and coordinate approvals.
• Track, analyse and report on internal comms engagement and media coverage.
• Support external comms and coordination of employee engagement events.
