Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, engagement strategies and executive communications that drive adoption and readiness.

• Significant experience in change communications, internal communications or employee engagement.
• Exceptional written communication, storytelling and content development capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex business, operational and technology concepts into clear communications.
• Experience delivering communication strategies and digital content solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication and engagement strategies that support business priorities and change outcomes.
• Create executive presentations, leadership messaging, change campaigns and materials for diverse audiences.
• Partner with Change Managers and senior stakeholders to align communication activities with broader transformation objectives.
• Manage and enhance SharePoint sites and digital channels to improve user experience.
• Analyse communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvements to content and adoption.
