You will manage full end-to-end payroll for 5,000 staff on a fortnightly cycle and support system changes and documentation. Qualifications

• Payroll experience is essential with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to interpret employment agreements and comply with regulations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel reporting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform full end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000 staff on a fortnightly basis.
• Interpret and implement required payroll changes and system updates.
• Support system implementations and develop robust payroll processes.
• Handle payroll filing, archiving, and respond to queries promptly.
• Process Workers' Compensation claims and monthly journal postings.
• Conduct Payroll GL reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
