Chartair in Darwin, NT, is seeking an Operations & Charter Co-ordinator to join our team. This ground-based role supports flight operations, check-in, and quotations for charter and scheduled flights.

You will manage bookings, rostering, and maintenance coordination, while leveraging HubSpot and TakeFlite to keep records accurate and invoices issued. The position requires strong communication and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Ground handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate flight operations within CASA regulations.
• Willingness to undergo medical and security checks.
• Proactive problem solving and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate charter and scheduled flight operations to maximise asset use.
• Provide check-in and ground handling for Air Link flights.
• Prepare quotations and respond promptly to enquiries from clients.
• Maintain charter, passenger bookings, and aircraft planning records.
• Science rostering of aircrew and ensure duty-time compliance.
• Support maintenance planning with CAM/Chief Engineer where needed.
• On-call roster to cover 24/7 duties and respond to enquiries.
• Record flight logs and assist in invoicing using Take Flite.
