Job summary

Aviation Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Hangar Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee the operational readiness of aircraft, hangar facilities, tooling and aviation training equipment. You will lead a small team and collaborate with instructors and stakeholders to ensure resources are compliant and fit for purpose, delivering a safe, efficient aviation training environment.

The ideal candidate has CASA/EASA Part 66 B1 licence, a Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher-level qualification or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 5+ years’ aviation industry experience.
• Willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
