Zusammenfassung

AECOM ANZ is seeking a Digital Engineering Production Lead for Aviation to drive delivery of airport projects, from planning through construction, across ANZ. You will lead digital delivery, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary teams with emphasis on quality and timeliness.

You’ll collaborate with planners, architects, engineers and digital delivery specialists, advance BIM standards, and support hybrid work while progressing a diverse civil aviation portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing digital delivery on multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes and standards.
• Proficiency with ProjectWise, BIM 360 / ACC, and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in design, planning and construction support of civil and aviation projects.
• Knowledge of Civil Aviation standards and recommended practices (CASA, ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, MAA).

How you'll make a difference

• Contribute to the delivery of airport engineering projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, service roads, aeronautical ground lighting, signage, navigational aids, drainage systems, utility relocations and protections, and pavement rehabilitation across a diverse portfolio of civil and military aviation projects.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and data-rich digital deliverables, leveraging automation and scripting to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain models and project documentation within ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud, supporting BIM delivery in accordance with ISO 19650 standards and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of assigned tasks, ensuring alignment with project programmes, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across ANZ, including airport planners, architects, engineers, and digital delivery specialists. Participate in client and stakeholder engagements, contributing technical insights and design solutions.
• Undertake model validation, design coordination, and clash detection activities while maintaining compliance with AECOM's quality management systems, processes, and procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of AECOM's digital delivery capabilities through the enhancement of standards, templates, libraries, and best practices.
