Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Mascot, NSW, Australia seeks a Customer Delivery Supervisor to oversee daily aircraft catering logistics in a fast-paced aviation environment. You will support the Customer Delivery Manager, ensure meals, equipment and supplies are delivered safely and on time, and drive operational performance.

Key requirements include supervisory experience in airline/logistics, people leadership, HR Licence, and eligibility for ASIC/ADA passes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within airline operations or a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop operational teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Current HR Licence is required.
• Eligible to obtain ASIC and Airside Driver Authority (ADA) Pass.
• Experience with workforce planning, rostering and scheduling.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Customer Delivery operations and ensure on-time aircraft servicing.
• Coordinate operational teams to meet service, safety and customer requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and labour utilisation.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance, training and development activities.
• Monitor vehicle operations, maintenance compliance and safe driving practices.
• Investigate delays, incidents and operational issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, aviation and company standards.
