The successful candidate will manage scope, stakeholders, procurement and contract administration, with construction oversight and a focus on risk and quality.

Qualifications

• Construction experience in aviation/defence sectors.
• Knowledge of Australian building and aviation standards.
• Contract management and administration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across lifecycle stages.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines.
• Define project scope and assist with business case preparation.
• Engage with stakeholders to capture inputs and approvals.
• Manage tender preparation, bid analysis and contracts.
• Ensure contract compliance, process payments and manage changes.
• Oversee site activities for safe, compliant delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain quality across design and construction phases.
