Job summary

Encore is seeking an AV Technician in Australia’s New South Wales to join a team delivering stable, career-driven roles with upskilling opportunities. You will operate audio visual gear and support Hybrid and Virtual events, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring strong lighting skills and knowledge of GrandMA, seamless switching, camera setup, video networking and LED wall programming.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated competency in operating audio visual equipment;
• Experience with Hybrid and Virtual events
• Camera Operator skills (advantageous)
• Customer centric and excellent customer service skills;
• Strong lighting abilities and knowledge of GrandMA, Advanced seamless switching experience, Camera Setup, video and data networking, LED Wall setup and programming
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• High standard of personal presentation
• Riggers Ticket (highly regarded)
