Job summary

The MAS Agency Job Posting Only in Sydney is seeking a focused AV sales professional to own a projector and presentation tech portfolio and drive growth with national suppliers and the Sales team. Regular customer visits and nationwide travel are expected.

You will build strategic accounts, support the national team, and use product demos to accelerate deals, while managing pricing and forecasting to maximize profitability. Hybrid office/field work is available.

Qualifications

• AV market knowledge across projectors, interactive displays and presentation tech.
• B2B sales experience within AV, technology, channel or distribution environments.
• Strong demonstration and presentation capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with confident Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets and supplier targets while growing the portfolio.
• Act as the liaison between AV suppliers and the national Sales team, driving engagement and growth opportunities.
• Build strategic account plans for national managed customers.
• Enable Sales with product expertise, demos and deal support.
• Manage pricing, margins, sales forecasting, inventory planning and stock performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers on purchasing, rebates and strategies to maximize profitability.
• Train internal teams and external customers on AV solutions.
