Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Sydney CBD is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to take ownership of a key division alongside an experienced Partner. You will manage workflow, client relationships and lead a capable team, with autonomy to drive growth of a $1.1m portfolio toward $1.3m.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with strong Australian public practice experience at Senior Manager, Associate Director or equivalent level.
• Ability to lead people, manage workflow and take genuine ownership of a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the division beneath the Partner, with responsibility for workflow, client relationships, team leadership and portfolio growth.
• Inherit and lead a capable team (Graduate, Intermediate, Senior Accountant) to keep work moving and develop the division.
• Drive the division forward by proactively identifying opportunities and managing deadlines.
