Charterhouse, an established Sydney CBD accounting firm, seeks a Partner or Associate Partner to take ownership of a newly acquired $1m client portfolio and drive its continued growth.

This is a leadership-focused opportunity to guide an existing portfolio and a team, while collaborating with the Partners to shape strategy and deliver high-quality client service to SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, family groups and international clients.

Qualifications

• Strong track record managing and growing a business services portfolio.
• Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with business owners and high-net-worth clients.
• Experience leading teams and maintaining high standards of client service.
• Commercial awareness across portfolio profitability, workflow and business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and growth contribution to the firm.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established $1m portfolio following acquisition.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, overseeing workflow and service delivery.
• Manage a diverse client base including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, family groups and international clients.
• Strengthen client relationships while identifying advisory opportunities and portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with Partners on strategic direction and ongoing business success.
• Assume a commercially focused role with responsibility and impact.
