Kennards Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the centre day-to-day, with autonomy and support from a Centre Manager. You will deliver customer service, manage operations, and ensure the centre stays clean and well-maintained.

The role offers on-the-job training, development programs, and a supportive team culture that encourages ownership and learning. Located at KSS Cleveland with a rotating weekend roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance).
• Manage daily operations and administration.
• Create the space for change.
