Job summary

Kennards Self Storage in Adelaide is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the day-to-day operations with autonomy while being supported by a caring team. You will help customers select the right storage solutions and contribute to a positive, learning-focused culture.

You will uphold our FREEDOM values, maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety, and handle daily admin tasks within a part-time role of 22.5 hours across three days. Training and career growth are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Keep it constructive, and uphold KSS's FREEDOM values, with the F being for Fun!
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance)
• Manage daily operations and administration
• Create the space for change
