Kennards Self Storage in Cleveland is seeking an Assistant Manager to run the centre day‑to‑day with autonomy, backed by a supportive Centre Manager. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help customers choose storage and packaging solutions.

This full-time role includes 76 hours per fortnight on a rotating weekend roster, on‑the‑job training, and a culture that values learning, ownership, and a proactive “give it a go” mindset.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales, helping customers find the right storage and packaging solutions for their needs.
• Maintain a constructive approach, upholding Kennards Self Storage FREEDOM values and a culture of ownership.
• Keep the centre presented to a high standard (cleanliness, safety, maintenance).
• Manage daily operations and administration.
