Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Product Support Engineers to join the Dive-XL team, supporting the operation and maintenance of Extra Large Autonomous Undersea Vehicles. You will work on a rotating roster, providing technical guidance, investigating issues, and directing engineering changes across the fleet.

You will contribute to reliability improvements, diagnostics tooling, and knowledge base development, requiring depth in an engineering discipline and broad triage across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Demonstrated ability to independently root cause difficult, ambiguous faults from limited or conflicting data.
• Hands-on experience with real hardware in operational, field, integration and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call engineering support to the Dive-XL fleet, including outside business hours on a rotating roster.
• Lead root cause investigations and define workarounds or fixes to restore capability.
• Drive engineering changes and documentation updates across the fleet.
• Build monitoring, diagnostics tooling and run books to shorten response times.
• Author service bulletins and ensure their incorporation fleet-wide.
