Connect2Care Pty is seeking Occupational Therapists to join a multidisciplinary team across Australia. The role offers mobile service delivery, with options to work from home or hubs, and serves children and adults through NDIS, Medicare or private referrals.

The NewGraduate program supports new entrants for 12 months, with weekly supervision, core training, mentoring, and PD sessions to build confidence and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in related field.
• Registration with AHPRA/SPA (or equivalent).
• WWCC/Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police and international police checks where applicable.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with disabilities.
• Work within NDIS to maximise function, capacity & social engagement.
• Assist clients with assistive technology assessments and recommendations.
• Timely documentation and report writing.
• Manage a varied caseload and meet billable targets.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients and referral sources.
• Work across leading software platforms and online tools.
