Job summary

Healthproof is seeking a Mobile Occupational Therapist to work across Western Sydney, delivering in-home and community-based therapy. You’ll assess needs, tailor real-world plans, and provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment to help clients live independently and more meaningfully.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, manage diverse caseloads including NDIS and aged care, and have the flexibility to schedule visits, telehealth, and report writing from home.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and AHPRA registration.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance and full Australian work rights.
• Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients, create personalised plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy including home mods and capacity building
• Manage a diverse caseload across NDIS and aged care
• Support clients with complex needs across disability and injury recovery
• Design and run individual and group therapy programs
• Collaborate with families, carers, educators and other professionals
