Job summary

You will assess and enhance performance by implementing strategic initiatives, analysing data, and driving process improvements in collaboration with operations, safety, and project stakeholders.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of AHS Performance Specialists and Data Analysts to deliver measurable efficiency gains while upholding safety and industry best practices in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Proven mining operations experience focused on performance improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis proficiency.
• Knowledge of mining equipment and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
