Embodied Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own the day-to-day HR function for a national business with a multi-site, blue- and white-collar workforce. Reporting to the GM, you'll be the go-to person for all things HR and build strong relationships across managers, leaders and employees.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, HR systems, payroll compliance and policy development, with a practical, hands-on approach and the autonomy to drive

• Experience across blue- and white-collar environments, multi-site workforce.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards.
• Strong ability to engage managers, leaders and employees.
• Hands-on, practical HR professional with independent work style.

• Recruitment & onboarding: end-to-end management, inductions and exits.
• Employee engagement & retention initiatives, pulse checks and exit interviews.
• Performance & development: coordinate reviews and advise on performance matters.
• HR systems & reporting: own HRIS, maintain records and provide reports.
• Employee relations: support workplace matters, resolve conflicts, escalate complex issues.
• HR policies & processes: maintain and improve policies and procedures.
• Payroll & compliance: support payroll accuracy, leave, superannuation, entitlements; ensure compliance.
• People projects: remuneration reviews, talent development and other HR initiatives.
