Job summary

Procare Group's Factual Investigation Division is seeking full-time Factual Investigators to join our expanding team in the Perth metro. The role offers autonomy over your day and a mix of locations.

You will interview parties, collect evidence, draft factual reports and maintain communication with the investigations support team. Flexible arrangements include work from home or at offices.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Investigations required.
• Current Investigators Licence.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• WC, GI investigations desirable.
• Experience with the Insurance Commission of WA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Perth.
• Interview key parties and collate evidence for reports.
• Maintain communication with investigations support team.
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
