Job summary

Kaiser Reef Limited is seeking an Environment & Compliance Manager for the Maldon Gold Project in Victoria. You will own all non-safety environmental compliance obligations, manage regulator relationships, and oversee offsets for our Victorian tenements, ensuring alignment with Duty Based requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in environmental compliance, strong data discipline, and credentials such as Exemplar Global Lead Environmental Auditor and ICAM Lead Investigator.

Qualifications

8+ years in environmental compliance.
3+ years in a senior capacity within mining or heavily regulated sector.
Strong knowledge of Victorian frameworks (MRSD Act, EP Act, Water Act).
Experience with regulator relationships, offsets and data management.

Responsibilities

Own all non-safety environmental compliance obligations for Maldon and Victorian tenements.
Manage approvals, offsets, and regulator relationships.
Lead transition to the new Resources Victoria Duty Based model.
Collaborate with Community, People and Safety to maintain a unified external interface.
