Engage Personnel invites a lawyer with 4–6 years PQE to join a specialist construction law practice in Brisbane. You will handle a varied caseload of construction disputes, with direct access to the principal and increasing ownership of matters.

You will work alongside senior practitioners, leveraging your disputes background to develop expertise in construction law, while enjoying flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4–6 years PQE with a solid foundation in litigation and disputes.
• Construction law or construction disputes experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience in commercial litigation or other disputes-focused practice with transferable skills.
• Strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving abilities; capable of taking initiative.

Responsabilités

• Manage and progress a varied caseload of construction disputes and litigation matters.
• Advise clients on construction contracts, contractual disputes and related issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft correspondence and prepare pleadings and other court documents.
• Develop strategies to resolve disputes and advise clients on options.
• Work with senior practitioners and take ownership of your matters.
