Job summary

RWC Adelaide is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets across Adelaide. You will handle day-to-day property management, lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and compliance while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

You will coordinate facilities management, track maintenance, and monitor budgets and contractor performance across multiple sites, ensuring reporting and record-keeping are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management (retail, office, and/or industrial).
• Working knowledge of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act 1995 (SA) or equivalent.
• Professional communication with landlords and tenants.
• Strong organization with ability to track multiple properties and lease events.
• Current Property Management Real Estate License and driver's license; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties as primary contact for landlords and tenants.
• Administer leases including rent reviews, renewals, and options.
• Prepare landlord correspondence and notices.
• Coordinate facilities management and maintain compliance across sites.
• Monitor budgets, arrears, and create regular property reports.
