Vetner Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on Management (Sales) leader to take full ownership of the Maroochydore branch. You will lead operations, nurture customer relationships, and drive sales with autonomy and strategic oversight.

You will manage daily branch activities, mentor a small team, coordinate purchasing, stock, and supplier relations, and pursue growth opportunities in construction and trade sectors while upholding high service standards.

Competenze

• Experience managing a branch, store, or trade-based operation.
• Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to hold a team accountable.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Experience working in tools, equipment, machinery, construction supplies or similar industries.
