Harvest Road Group seeks an AI Engineer to design, build and deploy agentic AI systems across operations from the Perth CBD base. The role involves developing autonomous agents, integrating with data platforms, APIs and business systems to drive measurable outcomes.

You will work with the Head of Data & AI, Apps and IT to identify high-impact automation opportunities, ship production-grade AI solutions and continuously improve performance while maintaining security and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience building agentic AI or automation solutions with measurable impact
• Proficiency in Python and building AI-powered apps/workflows
• Understanding of multi-step AI agents that interact with tools, APIs and data sources
• Strong knowledge of LLM capabilities, limitations, and production-grade AI behavior
• Ability to integrate AI agents with business systems and data sources
• Commercial mindset to identify where AI adds value and prioritise accordingly

Responsabilités

• Identify, design and deliver agentic AI solutions that automate workflows and surface insights across operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to uncover high-value automation opportunities and translate them into agent solutions.
• Build scalable AI solutions that integrate with data platforms, systems and APIs to take meaningful actions.
• Move from problem to prototype to production, validate impact early and iterate with user feedback.
• Monitor agent performance in production and continuously improve reliability and scope.
