Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience working in a workshop, automotive, warehousing, or industrial environment.
• Licence: Current, valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, manual handling, and lifting in a workshop environment.
• Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS) practices.

Responsibilities

• Workshop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the shop floor, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Technician Support: Assist tradespeople and technicians with handling parts, setting up equipment, and general mechanical support duties.
• Parts Delivery & Transport: Conduct local client drop-offs and parts deliveries as required.
• Stock & Inventory: Assist with organising parts, loading/unloading deliveries, and staging components for production.
• Tool & Equipment Care: Help clean, organise, and maintain workshop tools, machinery, and workspace areas.
