Job summary

Autosports Group’s Sydney City Kia & Subaru is seeking a Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department. You will provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-desk experience while supporting the service team with admin tasks.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service is the focus for front-desk interactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls and return calls on behalf of the service department.
• Prepare daily repair orders, including key tags, campaign checks, warranty verification, and updating customer details in ERA.
• Assist customers with booking taxis, hire cars, or providing directions.
• Support the concierge in welcoming service clients and managing vehicle check ins and check outs.
• Perform general administrative duties, including banking and filing.
• Manage the service department email inbox, responding to enquiries and requests in a timely manner.
