You will manage bookings, handle enquiries, liaise with the workshop, and provide product recommendations while delivering excellent customer service and achieving KPIs. Training is available for detailing and ceramic coating roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with face-to-face and phone selling (inbound/outbound).
• Valid Queensland driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and vehicle check-ins.
• Liaise with workshop team and update customers throughout the day.
• Provide clear product recommendations to customers.
• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
